Yes — most diagnoses are completed remotely from a photo, a short video and a description. Same-day quotes are the norm; same-day dispatch where the fault is urgent and the parts are in stock.

Do you cover the whole UK?
Yes — we operate UK-wide with engineers across England, Wales and Scotland. Multi-site retail and managed-property customers are supported through a single contract covering all locations.

How fast can you respond to an emergency?
Our standard response window for a secured building (door not locking, fire route compromised, glazing damage) is 2–4 hours within most of the UK. Same-day for non-emergency repairs in the large majority of cases.

Do you work on out-of-hours so the building stays open during trading?
Yes — most retail, hospitality and healthcare customers schedule repairs out of hours. There is no out-of-hours surcharge on planned work booked through a service contract.

Are quotes fixed-price?
Yes — every job has a fixed-price written quote before any engineer is dispatched. Where the fault requires additional work once on site, we issue a revised quote and seek approval before continuing.
