01 Do you work as a named subcontractor on the FM's service stack?

Yes — we are happy to be named on the FM's subcontractor register, complete the procurement onboarding, sign the FM's subcontractor terms (within reason), and invoice via PO. Our preference is direct contracts where we can; back-to-back is equally workable.

02 Can you provide white-label documentation where we hold the client relationship?

Yes. Site reports, compliance evidence and quotations can be issued unbranded so they slot into your client deliverable pack. Engineers attend in our PPE/branded vehicles unless the client has specific requirements; on-site identity is flexible.

03 What is your typical SLA response time?

P1 (security exposure, fire compliance breach): on-site within 4 working hours. P2 (operational degradation): 8 working hours. P3 (cosmetic/non-urgent): 24 working hours. SLAs configurable per contract; we measure and report against them quarterly.

04 How do you handle multi-site portfolios?

A single contract covers the portfolio; sites are configured with their own SLAs, contact protocols and access requirements. One account manager coordinates centrally; engineers attending site work to that site's permit-to-work. Reporting is delivered per-site AND rolled up to portfolio level.

05 What payment terms do you offer FM clients?

30-day standard. 60-day available for established FM relationships with track record. Direct debit available for monthly retainers. Invoicing matches the FM's preferred format (PO-line, single-line summary, detailed itemised).

06 Do you support the FM's incident reporting protocols?

Yes — we integrate with the FM's helpdesk where required (CAFM systems, ticketing platforms, email-triage). Engineer reports submit through the channel the FM specifies. Critical incidents notified to the FM contact within the contractually-agreed window.
