What's in every package

Every CDMS maintenance package includes

Twelve standard service lines covered as part of every contract — on top of the door-type-specific scope listed elsewhere on the page. One contract, one engineer team, one document trail.

Why multi-site

Why multi-site maintenance contracts matters

For a retailer with 30, 100 or 500 sites, managing 30 different door contractors is a procurement, compliance and reporting nightmare. A multi-site contract consolidates the door scope under one specialist subcontractor with UK-wide coverage, one account manager, one set of SLAs, one invoice cycle, and reporting that rolls up to portfolio level. The operations director sees portfolio compliance status at a glance; site managers get consistent service from a known engineer team. We currently service multi-site clients across retail, hospitality, automotive and corporate sectors.

The compliance angle

Single contract documentation covers all sites for all relevant standards: RR(FS)O 2005 (fire doors), BS EN 16005 (automatic doors), PUWER 1998 (powered industrial doors), BS EN 1125/179 (panic hardware). Per-site compliance evidence rolls up to a portfolio dashboard so the operations director can answer "are we compliant?" in 30 seconds.

Frequently asked

Multi-Site Maintenance Contracts — FAQs

01 How many sites is "multi-site"?

Anywhere from 3 sites upwards — small portfolios get the same coordinated approach as large ones, just at a smaller scale. Our largest multi-site contracts run across 80+ sites with regional engineer teams covering each. The per-site administrative overhead drops as the portfolio scales.

02 Can each site have different SLAs?

Yes — flagship stores might be P1 / 4-hour, regional units P2 / 8-hour, back-of-house P3 / 24-hour. The contract defines SLAs per-site or per-priority-tier. Reporting tracks each site against its specific SLA.

03 What is the new-site onboarding process?

Site survey (in-person for flagship, photo-based for standard), asset register populated, SLA confirmed, engineer team assigned, first scheduled visit booked. End-to-end typically 2–3 weeks. New sites can be added to an existing portfolio contract without re-tendering.

04 Do you integrate with CAFM systems?

Yes for major platforms (Concept Evolution, Maximo, Planon, Service Channel). Tickets received, engineer dispatched, completion + documentation submitted back via the system. For smaller platforms or proprietary systems, we work via email or CSV import/export.

05 What is the typical contract length?

Standard 3-year contract with annual price review against published indices. Break clauses available at year 1 anniversary for material changes. Shorter (1-year) contracts available for FM-led arrangements where the client relationship sits with the FM.

06 How do you handle sites where we close a unit?

Site removal triggered by 30-day notice; pro-rata refund on the unused portion of the contract for that site. Closing sites doesn't affect the rest of the portfolio. New sites added at any point; the contract scales with the estate.
