Yes — most office building work is scheduled for early-morning, late-evening or weekend attendance to avoid disrupting tenants. Lobby door emergencies are attended same-day during working hours.

Do you provide reports suitable for tenant-facing service updates?
Yes — every visit is documented with photographs and a clear scope of work completed. Reports are issued in a format suitable for managing-agent and tenant-engineer review.

Can you integrate with our access control system on entrance doors?
Yes — we work with mag locks, electric strikes and door release controllers, including integration with existing access control systems. We coordinate with your access-control supplier where the change touches their system.
