Rapid Out-of-Hours Response Restoring Security and Safety
When the management of a busy business block in Worcester town centre discovered that their aluminium rear exit door and intercom system had completely lost power, they contacted Commercial Door Maintenance and Security Ltd for urgent assistance. The fault left the rear access point unsecured and inoperative, posing both safety and security risks for staff and tenants. Upon arrival, our time-served engineer swiftly diagnosed the electrical fault that had disabled both the intercom and the maglock system. By methodically tracing and resolving the issue within the wiring circuit, full power was restored to the door’s access control components. Once the electrical supply was reinstated, our engineer fitted a new pin code entry unit connected to the maglock, giving authorised personnel controlled entry through the door while maintaining secure locking at all times.
